LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
reacHIRE’s women's leadership development program (Aurora) helps build an organization’s diversity pipeline from within – delivering learning, growth and development in a high-touch, yet scalable, tech-enabled format. The fully virtual program offers early and mid-career women the time and space to build community, to leverage world-class curriculum, and to get easy access to experienced executives (Leadership Guides) that they can learn from in real time – supporting a broader talent management lifecycle strategy, and helping to unlock new depths of potential to inspire more women and underrepresented groups to further advance in their careers.
About the Role
reacHIRE is looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Specialist, Content & Social Media to support our marketing team in writing content that drives our brand messages and value propositions, and elevating social engagement and awareness among new and existing B2B and B2C audiences. The primary goals for our team are to support all activities that feed our sales funnel, accelerate lead generation, and own the execution of our overarching marketing strategies to elevate reacHIRE as a thought leader in our industry.
You will be the point person for all of reacHIRE’s social media channels, reporting to the Director of Brand & Content Marketing and working closely with the rest of the marketing team to increase the sales and candidate pipelines, accelerate brand awareness, and improve marketing efforts. You will write engaging content, plan, implement, monitor, and report on our social media strategy, and consistently test, learn, and optimize how to move the brand forward within social channels.
In this role, you’ll be owning the execution of our content calendar from content ideation to writing, to implementing across multiple social media platforms, while promoting reacHIRE’s solutions, culture, people, subject matter expertise, and mission to encourage audiences to engage with and evangelize about the reacHIRE brand.

reacHIRE is seeking former senior executives who want to make a meaningful impact by contributing to the development of the next generation of women leaders, by becoming a Guide in our Aurora leadership development program.
Guides play a pivotal role in the program by facilitating team discussions leveraging a world-class curriculum and providing personalized 1:1 coaching to nurture the development of the next generation of diverse leaders. Through this program, our Guides help participants reflect on their personal journey, discover their authentic leadership style, build connections with peers, and tap into untapped potential through coaching, workshops, self-guided modules, on-demand resources, and community support.
