    Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this position will have tangible, aggressive sales targets around new client acquisition and pipeline development, will handle renewal/expansion/retention goals for existing accounts, and manage client issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop creative outreach strategies to drive awareness, interest and leads
    • Create strong and effective communications to describe and promote reacHIRE's programs
    • Effectively build and work a pipeline that will lead to achieving sales goals
    • Create and present compelling presentations on reacHIRE's model and past successes helping companies build a diverse talent pipeline
    • Engage with executives and decision makers to maximize all opportunities
    • Manage all aspects of client communications strategies and provide responsive and high-quality customer service
    • Display a willingness to "get things done" while cultivating and sustaining a trusting and nurturing environment
    • Handle contract finalization Work as part of a team to coordinate client engagement during program kickoff and execution

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated ability to hunt for new logos, generate leads, build and manage sales pipelines, close business and renew accounts
    • 4+ years' consultative sales experience in a service environment, Fortune 500 company experience
    • Experience working with C-Suite clients
    • Background selling in workforce management, human capital, and/or talent acquisition Documented strength in meaningful relationship building, management and growth
    • A professional and resourceful style with the ability to work independently and as a team player, take initiative, manage multiple tasks and projects at a time
    • Able to collaborate across teams and resolve issues
    • Enjoy working in a fluid, dynamic organization with a minimal amount of direction
    • Strong facilitation skills and ability to create and deliver impactful Powerpoint presentations
    • Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office required
    • A strong commitment to the mission of reacHIRE
