    We are seeking an Operations & Administration Manager to join our team in Concord, MA. This individual will work with clients, vendors, and internal employees to review and negotiate contracts and SOWs, as well as perform a wide range of related human resources and operations functions.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage finalization of contracts and SOWs with new and existing clients in partnership with sales and marketing
    • Identify, develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase operational effectiveness
    • Interface with legal, lead and manage the process of finalizing contracts, SOWs, privacy policies, terms of service, etc.
    • Review all contracts to ensure compliance with the terms and confirm any changes made by external client partners, suppliers, and vendors
    • Draft required edits to SOWs on behalf of the company in negotiation with client partners
    • Analytics: program analytics for our Return to Work programs, survey creation and distribution for managers and return to work participants, and pulling of impactful data for sales collateral
    • Return to Work program administration: In conjunction with our Program Managers - assist with coordination of manager round tables, lunch & learns, interview scheduling, etc. 
    • Human resources administration functions: Payroll, benefits notifications, onboarding management, vacation/sick time management in our HRIS system, etc. 
    • Aurora platform: Survey deployments, uploading new participants to system, resource management, pulling data, etc.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in contract administration, legal assistant, paralegal, and/or human resources administration
    • Experience reviewing/editing contracts and SOWs strongly preferred
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
    • Prior data management and analytics experience required
    • Ability and willingness to learn new softwares/systems
    • Able to adapt to shifting priorities as business needs change
    • Ability to maintain a level of confidentiality and compliance in all HR matters
