    We are looking for a Recruiter with a positive energy and outgoing personality to represent us and our high-profile clients. You will work closely across the Talent, Marketing, and Sales functions at reacHIRE to always be on the lookout for talent, to find unique and diverse individuals to both help fill current Returnship programs and build a talent pool to stay ahead of future needs.



    • Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, ATS, CRM, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.)
    • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through a combination of deep company knowledge, leveraging multiple sourcing tools, and crafting compelling outreach about key roles
    • Responsible for recommending and attending recruitment events to find potential future hires. This may mean generating our talent pool through a variety of proactive and creative strategies, which might include attending the right job fairs, conferences, happy hours, or throwing an event ourselves.
    • Maintain pipeline, always looking for top talent to recruit. This may include meeting with referrals and staying engaged with interested talent for future hiring needs.
    • Manage incoming resumes as the first point of contact for each targeted search.
    • Responsible for vetting candidates with initial phone screens and/or meetings to ensure work & cultural fit and provide the first impression of reacHIRE.
    • Talk to candidates about us, our role in the market, how our programs work.
    • Record, maintain and track candidate activities in applicant tracking system
    • Regularly track, analyze and share sourcing pipeline activity and updates




    • 0-2 years experience within a Talent Acquisition or Staffing environment
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Ability to be creative and adaptive when positioning reacHIRE and roles in both verbal and written situations
    • Passionate about talent, interested in finding stellar candidates to reinvigorate and relaunch their careers
    • A curious mindset and ability to seek information, answer questions, solve for objections and leverage resources independently.
    • Outgoing, strong interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting new people and seeking out potential candidates in a variety of ways
    • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
