    We are looking for a Marketing Director to lead our B2B lead generation marketing strategies, plans and implementation for reacHIRE’s Return-to-Work program and for the new Aurora platform.  You will come to the position with deep experience in marketing and will be responsible for communicating reacHIRE’s value proposition in a compelling way across multiple touchpoints.


    • Develop and implement B2B digital demand generation ecosystem including paid search, organic and paid social media, eCRM, iMedia, etc.
    • Create B2B lead generation materials including virtual demos, video, white papers, case studies, best practices, eNewsletters, speaking proposals, etc.
    • Partner with sales to create sales materials including pitch decks, company and product snapshots, email templates, event materials, etc. applying sales best practices and common methodologies for renewals & upsells.
    • Lead website redesign optimizing for B2B lead generation and B2C candidate leads including SEO optimized content, conversion-focused user experience, communicating the unique reacHIRE value proposition, etc.  
    • Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify key insights and opportunities.  Develop and implement recommended action plan.
    • Define ideal B2B targets for reacHIRE Return-to-Work Program and the Aurora platform.
    • Ensure consistency of creative execution that delivers on reacHIRE brand equity, look, tone and feel across all touchpoints.   
    • Track, measure and optimize ROI for B2B lead generation campaigns.  Partner with Sales to develop plans that deliver on sales targets. .Track and manage overall marketing budget.
    • Build and maintain relationships with contract writers and PR AgencyPR outlets.  Copyedit, proofread and revise communications as necessary.


    • BA or BS. Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field a plus!
    • 7-10+ years proven work experience as a classically-trained Brand Manager, Marketing Director, or similar role. 
    • Content strategy experience including content audits and B2B technology customer journeys 
    • Deep experience building B2B advertising campaigns to generate leads. 
    • Prior experience with Google Analytics required, Google Analytics certification preferred 
    • Exceptional writer and communicator with ability to influence and persuade across all levels of an organization. 
    • Exercise a high degree of tact and diplomacy. 
    • Maintain high standards for the quality of your work. 
    • Operational discipline and strong project management and planning skills. 
    • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. 
    • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. 
    • Collaborative, team player who is fun to work with!. 
    • Ability to think strategically and solve problems
