Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be promoting the culture, people, and the values of reacHIRE as the point person to help attract top talent that supports our mission and serves client needs for bringing hidden talent to their organizations. With each client launch, you will develop a strategy for targeting and attracting unique talent pools, relying on a combination of paid, organic, and partnership channels. 

 

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing strategy to increase the pipeline of candidates, adjusting actions and budgets to reflect areas of need, reporting on metrics, and obtaining a deep understanding of effective channels and tools.

 

This role also serves as the point person for planning and executing events that support the recruitment efforts as well as B2B activities. Events include planning and executing effective and compelling webinars, in-person meetings and conferences (if an option in the future), as well as securing speaking opportunities or speakers (working with the team). A plus is the proven ability to maintain and grow relationships with partner organizations.

 

The opportunity: 

  • Create and execute marketing plans for each client recruitment program opportunity, maintaining the plan, reporting on results, track budget, and recommending changes based on results and new factors
  • Work with your marketing and program recruitment colleagues to use a variety of methods and channels (social, paid, job boards, social groups) to reach candidate pools, engage them, and meet recruitment needs
  • Recommend creative ways to reach diverse talent pools
  • Plan, measure, budget, and report on recruitment and event results
  • Maintain relationships with event partners to deliver opportunities for events and speaking sessions
  • Own the planning and execution of events from initial content creation through to follow up nurture campaigns
  • Grow and nurture our subscriber database and execute monthly eNewsletter and other recruitment outreach communications
  • Help marketing team to define the most important recruitment and event KPIs
  • Support the marketing team in other day-to-day tasks that surface in the busy life of a growing start-up 

Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Recruitment marketing - you understand that nurturing candidates is critical to attracting top talent
  • Experience running events from driving attendance to coordinating speakers and follow up, recognizing they are opportunities to create demand for our services and programs
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to create things from scratch  
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • You are not afraid of data, you analyze everything, test to know what’s working and what’s not, and are quick to try new tactics
  • You’re curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver, an effective communicator, an organized project manager, and a team player
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism or related field
  • Knowledge of MailChimp, iCIMS, Nutshell, and/or WordPress are pluses
