In this role, you’ll be promoting the culture, people, and the values of reacHIRE as the point person to help attract top talent that supports our mission and serves client needs for bringing hidden talent to their organizations. With each client launch, you will develop a strategy for targeting and attracting unique talent pools, relying on a combination of paid, organic, and partnership channels.
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our marketing strategy to increase the pipeline of candidates, adjusting actions and budgets to reflect areas of need, reporting on metrics, and obtaining a deep understanding of effective channels and tools.
This role also serves as the point person for planning and executing events that support the recruitment efforts as well as B2B activities. Events include planning and executing effective and compelling webinars, in-person meetings and conferences (if an option in the future), as well as securing speaking opportunities or speakers (working with the team). A plus is the proven ability to maintain and grow relationships with partner organizations.
