Overview

reacHIRE’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join us as we work to identify career opportunities for those looking to return to the full-time workforce after an extended career break.  Through our 6-month structured Returnship programs, our candidates are able to realize their dream of getting back to work, and your role as a recruiter truly makes an impact in helping them get there!

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work closely with candidates through the hiring process and to uncover their unique transferable skills, learn more about their areas of expertise and what they see as the next step in their career.  We want someone excited to play a key role in finding and helping support candidates changing the trajectory of their careers.  We are big believers that a career break doesn’t have to be a career breaker!

 

Depending on business needs and an individual’s success in the role, there will be a potential opportunity to extend the contract or potentially join the organization in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and present our clients with exceptional, diverse talent pools, working closely with TA Team and our Program Managers/Directors to ensure target candidate profiles and goals for the program are being met 
  • Adapt as needed to successfully meet changing hiring needs and volumes, with ability to juggle more than one client program at a time 
  • Conduct competency and behavioral-based interviews over video based platform (Zoom or Google Meet)
  • Assist team with the management of inbound applications, ensuring a timely response and positive candidate experience 
  • Record, maintain and track candidate activities in our applicant tracking system, iCIMS.
  • Regularly analyze and share pipeline activity and updates with Director of Talent and other internal stakeholders as needed 

Qualifications

  • 4+ years prior experience recruiting for a wide variety of roles 
  • Ability to manage an often complex and high volume req load (prior experience managing 10-20 roles consistently)
  • Ability to relay information regarding candidate pipeline and identify quickly when there are issues with volume or quality of applications for your roles of focus 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience utilizing tools such as Google Suite, Calendly, Zoom, and Slack a plus!
  • Prior background utilizing an ATS system 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
