Aurora is a revolutionary SaaS platform designed to support & professionally develop early career women by building internal peer-to-peer networks and leveraging senior leaders both internally and externally. It mirrors the way Millennials and Gen Z-ers use social networks to communicate and get support.

Since its launch, Aurora’s revenue has grown 560%, with Everbridge, iRobot, Vertex, Sage, and Analog Devices counting themselves among the companies who have adopted the platform to date. Aurora is also being used to provide continuous support in reacHIRE's upcoming Return2Work programs with Wayfair, Ipsen and Fidelity Investments. 

With the challenges women are facing during the pandemic, never has there been a bigger opportunity to provide a solution to companies and the women who work there. We know there is an enormous appetite for the benefit that Aurora can bring to an organization, and we need a hunter who can uncover and close those opportunities.  

Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this position will have tangible, aggressive sales targets around new client acquisition and pipeline development, will handle renewal/expansion/retention goals for existing accounts, and manage client issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the expansion of the Aurora product nationally
  • Create and present compelling presentations & demos of the Aurora platform
  • Manage the growth and expansion of your book of business ensuring opportunities for recurring revenue
  • Engage with executives and decision makers to maximize all opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of client communications strategies and provide responsive and high-quality customer service
  • Work as part of a team to coordinate client engagement during program kickoff and execution

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' of prior SAAS based sales experience required
  • People with prior experience in HR Tech or Learning & Development industries a plus
  • Experience selling into Fortune 500 organizations and working with senior decision makers
  • Should have a hunter mentality with ability to build and manage sales pipelines, close business and renew accounts 
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage your assigned territory
  • Able to collaborate across teams and resolve issues
  • Should enjoy working in a fluid, startup environment and operate in dynamic organization with a minimal amount of direction
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to create and deliver impactful Powerpoint presentations
  • Proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office required
