Overview

reacHIRE’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join us as we work to identify career opportunities for those looking to return to the full-time workforce after an extended career break.  Through our 6-month structured Returnship programs, our candidates are able to realize their dream of getting back to work, and your role as a recruiter truly makes an impact in helping them get there!

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work closely with candidates through the hiring process and to uncover their unique transferable skills, learn more about their areas of expertise and what they see as the next step in their career.  We want someone excited to play a key role in finding and helping support candidates changing the trajectory of their careers.  We are big believers that a career break doesn’t have to be a career breaker!

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through a variety of search resources (social media, ATS, job boards, networking, internet searches, referrals, etc.)
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the leveraging of multiple sourcing tools, and crafting compelling outreach about key roles
  • Maintain a pipeline, always looking for top talent to recruit.
  • Manage incoming resumes as the first point of contact for each targeted search.
  • Responsible for vetting candidates with initial video interviews to ensure skills & cultural fit and provide the first impression of reacHIRE.
  • Talk to candidates about our role in the market, and how our programs work.
  • Record, maintain and track candidate activities in our applicant tracking system, iCIMS.
  • Regularly track, analyze and share sourcing pipeline activity and updates

Qualifications

Required Skills: 

  • 5+ years prior recruiting experience
  • Prior background utilizing an ATS system
  • Experience and comfort with leveraging video platforms for interviewing of candidates
  • Passionate about working with our stellar returner candidates, helping them to relaunch their careers
  • Must possess a curious mindset and ability to seek information, answer questions, solve for objections and leverage resources independently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Background with iCIMS
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Slack and/or Asana 
  • Agency experience or previous experience recruiting in a fast paced corporate environment with changing priorities!
  • Background recruiting Technical profiles
