Overview

reacHIRE is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team.  In this role, you will be tasked with promoting the programs, services, culture and mission of reacHIRE, acting as the point person for all of our social channels, with a goal of increasing the sales and candidate pipelines, accelerating brand awareness and our CEO’s social brand. Separately, you will also play a role in fostering an active community on our Aurora platform through encouraging participation and the creation of a safe, supportive environment for our end users so that they can build authentic, lasting relationships. You will plan, test, implement, and monitor our overall social media strategy, creating engaging content, consistently testing-and-learning to move the brand forward as we continue to grow. 

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling content and messages across social channels as it relates to our different audiences 
  • Evaluate and identify the tactics and optimal channels most effective in reaching specific audiences, including diverse talent pools
  • Lead, build and own content calendar for marketing content, campaigns, events, email and social channels 
  • Track, measure and report on social media campaign results to optimize activities for both targeted campaigns and ongoing monthly/quarterly reports
  • Develop innovative ways to drive user engagement on the Aurora platform, in partnership with the product and content team
  • Day to day management of the Aurora community, including sharing planned content, facilitating conversations within the community, and content moderation
  • Develop insights that will help guide Aurora’s long term community strategy
  • Day to day management of reacHIRE's LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and  YouTube accounts
  • Engage with prospective candidates who reach out for more information from us over our social channels 
  • Use our social platforms to reach candidate (B2C) and B2B prospect pools, engage them, and grow our follower base
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media, community management or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, or related field
  • Experience with developing content that is designed to nurture or retain prospects
  • Ability to publicly facilitate conversations in an engaging yet professional manner
  • Prior experience operating with a day to day project plan  with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively depending on the situation 
  • Ability to drive insights from data to improve project plan and share learnings with cross-functional teams
  • You’re curious, resourceful, a self-starter, an effective communicator, an organized project manager, and a team player

Nice To Have Skills: 

  • Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Ability to record/edit video content
