reacHIRE is seeking a Senior Content Manager to join our Marketing team.  We are on a mission to change the trajectory for women in the workplace by partnering with forward-thinking companies to create gender diverse environments where women thrive, advance, lead and stay. 


Our nationally recognized Return-to-Work programs have placed hundreds of returning professionals in well paid careers at companies such as T-Mobile, Fidelity, and Wayfair after an extended career break. We also have a software platform called Aurora, designed for organizations to retain high potential talent and help women get the support they need to thrive and rise in their careers. 


In this role, you’ll be promoting the programs and services, culture, people, and mission of reacHIRE to encourage people to engage with and evangelize about our brand. To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional writing skills, with the ability to adapt messages to create engaging long- and short-form content for a variety of channels and audiences. 


  • Write SEO content for blog, website, and collateral that supports reacHIRE mission, marketing campaigns and business goals
  • Write B2B content including eBooks, case studies, email campaigns, webinars, video scripts, and website content
  • Write B2C content including alumni stories, toolkits, and webinars
  • Own and publish email communications to our different audiences.
  • Support PR content strategy and create content for thought-leadership articles, speaking proposals, and press releases in partnership with our external PR agency
  • Understand the value of reacHIRE’s employer brand and know how to communicate the value proposition of our company through authentic messaging
  • Work with the CEO to grow her brand, creating content and identifying areas for her to engage
  • Identify and develop partnerships with Influencers to expand B2C and B2B audience
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on other projects that surface in a dynamic and fast growing start-up


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism or related field
  • Demonstrated superior writing skills, especially for B2B audiences, with experience writing both long and short form content, blogs, ebooks, etc. 
  • 5+ years of experience optimizing content to engage and convert audiences
  • Experience managing the social presence of a C-suite executive 
  • Prior experience managing relationships with external agency partners
  • Prior background coordinating events to help promote brand awareness
  • You’re curious, resourceful, a self-starter, a creative problem solver and a team player
