We are looking for a Sr Director of Demand Generation to join our leadership team with a focus on driving rapid growth of the Aurora SaaS platform.  You will lead all demand generation strategies and execution for all product offerings, as you and your team work to build, maintain and optimize campaigns across a variety of paid and unpaid marketing channels. You will come to the position with deep experience in driving software demand generation and will be responsible for communicating reacHIRE’s value proposition in a compelling way across multiple touchpoints. This position will report to the CEO. 


  • Develop and execute the demand generation strategy aligned to our business plan, priority targets, and pipeline goals. Measure results and iterate new ideas to improve performance.
  • Define and oversee funnel metrics and reporting of same with a strong focus on analytics and diagnosing of core sticking points and conversion friction
  • Develop an account-based marketing strategy in partnership with Sales 
  • Define and build our marketing database corresponding to key marketing personas and execute campaigns against them 
  • Generate and nurture lead pool through progressive engagement tactics and data-insights
  • Fully manage internal and external marketing events, including promotion materials, arranging for outside speakers as needed, and building audience.
  • Manage the demand gen budget and ensure a good return on spend
  • Collaborate with our design and content teams on asset spec and deliverables timing. Build and maintain relationships with contract writers for generating marketing assets and with external partners for sponsored and/or joint marketing campaigns
  • Partner with Sales to create sales materials including pitch decks, email templates, event materials, etc. in order to run joint Marketing-Sales campaigns and to support Sales-led pipeline campaigns


  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience, with progressively more responsibility, for marketing demand generation
  • Experience having set the demand generation strategy, managed the team, and controlled the budget to generate a strongly growing pipeline
  • Player / coach model where you will simultaneously play in the role of an expert individual contributor and as a mentor / coach for those on your team
  • Expert at developing engaging multichannel acquisition programs to drive prospects through the funnel
  • Content strategy experience including developing B2B technology customer journeys 
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, Social Collaboration tools, PPC, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be high energy, passionate and have a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. 
  • Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
