Aurora Guide

reacHIRE is seeking former senior executives who want to make a meaningful impact by contributing to the development of the next generation of women leaders, by becoming a Guide in our Aurora leadership development program.

Guides play a pivotal role in the program by facilitating team discussions leveraging a world-class curriculum and providing personalized 1:1 coaching to nurture the development of the next generation of diverse leaders. Through this program, our Guides help participants reflect on their personal journey, discover their authentic leadership style, build connections with peers, and tap into untapped potential through coaching, workshops, self-guided modules, on-demand resources, and community support.

Here’s What You Can Expect:

• Participate in an in-depth training, led by reacHIRE’s team of experts, to become certified as an Aurora Guide prior to leading your first cohort
• Lead a team of 10-12 participants through the Aurora program for a duration of approximately 6 months (exact dates are dependent upon your mutually agreed assigned program)
• Utilize the easy-to-follow preset curriculum provided by reacHIRE to support a positive cohort experience.  This includes hosting virtual 1-on-1 coaching sessions with each participant and delivering virtual team meetups, totaling 30 to 40 hours of your time over the course of 6 months

The Aurora team strives to make the Guide experience as lightweight and rewarding as possible, providing tailored teaching materials and tools needed to succeed.  An honorarium is provided for each cohort the Guide leads.

What we’re looking for:

• 20+ years of first-hand corporate experience (recently in a Sr Director level or above) 
• Leadership presence, strong communicator
• Prior experience using (or willing to learn) tools including Zoom and Calendly
• Passion for helping women succeed
• Ability to commit to a 6-month program
• Ability to create a sense of connection and belonging in a virtual setting with your participants to ensure an outstanding experience
• Ability to speak and write in English
