About the Role
reacHIRE’s Sales Team is growing!  We are looking for curious, motivated, and mission-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to fuel the growth of our Return-to-Work and Talent Development Programs. You’ll be one of the first touchpoints for prospective clients, helping us expand our impact with mid-size to enterprise companies committed to building stronger, more inclusive workforces.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Partner with sales and marketing to execute personalized, account-based campaigns targeting HR, DEI, TA, and L&D decision makers
  • Research accounts and buyer personas to craft compelling messaging that connects business needs to our unique talent solutions
  • Book and qualify first discovery calls for the Sales Account Executive, setting the stage for successful client partnerships 
  • Recommend strategic outreach touchpoints from our executive team (CEO, AE etc.) to enhance surround sound, multi-threaded engagement 
  • Maintain accurate records and workflows in HubSpot CRM, track progress, sequence tasks and follow up on leads, actively contributing feedback on what’s working to improve outreach strategy

 

Help amplify awareness via campaigns tied to Gender Equity, Returner Spotlights, Employee Engagement, and Talent Strategies to drive visibility and open doors for strategic conversations

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation (bonus if your background comes from the HR sector)
  • You’re a wizard with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and similar tools 
  • Strong communicator who can balance empathy, curiosity, and professionalism in written and verbal outreach.
  • You have a passion for bringing consultative value early in the sales cycle
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition or internal talent programs an added bonus
  • You have an ownership mindset - this means you are self-motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment 
  • Detail-oriented, growth focused, and highly organized - especially in a remote work environment
