Program Specialist - Contract

Aurora is a virtual team-based Leadership Development Program delivered by experienced executives and is supported by comprehensive curriculum tracks and our robust tech platform, consisting of on-demand resources and self-guided learning modules.

As the Program Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in the success of delivery of our leadership programs.

Returners welcome for this role!  Please note:  This is anticipated to initially be at least a 3-month contract position with possibility to extend. 

• Coordinate and provide support for various development programs.
• Prepare high-quality documents and presentations for the senior leadership team.
• Assist the Director of Aurora Programs & Analytics with a range of strategic and operational Aurora initiatives.

• 1-2 years of prior corporate experience (experience in HR, L&D, or DEI a plus)
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing multiple time-sensitive priorities with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with ability to excel at visually presenting information in a clear and engaging way
• Curious and eager to learn new tools that enhance visuals and design (eg, Canva)
• Demonstrate a high standard of excellence and attention to detail in all aspects of work, from execution to delivery.
• Embrace a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal and professional growth
• Comfortable using - or learning to use - reacHIRE workplace tools, including: Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), Zoom, Slack, etc.
• Analytical skills and interest in working with data are a plus
