About the Role
We are seeking a highly connected, relationship-focused Director of Strategic Growth to open doors and create opportunities with enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of senior leaders in HR, Talent Management, and/or Learning & Development, and use those relationships to facilitate strategic introductions, foster partnerships, and support business development initiatives to grow reacHIRE’s account base.
This role is highly consultative, combining high-touch engagement with enterprise leaders, market insight, and the ability to identify talent pipeline gaps that reacHIRE’s solutions can solve. The primary focus of this role is to open new accounts for both our Talent Development and Return to Work programs.
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in connecting top organizations with innovative talent solutions that drive healthier, more robust leadership pipelines globally. As Director of Strategic Growth, you’ll bring your network, insight, and relationship expertise to a mission-driven company helping enterprises unlock workforce potential.
For over a decade, reacHIRE has helped companies broaden and advance their talent pipelines. Our Talent Development programs support employees already within an organization at various career stages, and go beyond skills-only strategies – enabling employees to uncover and unleash their unique strengths. Delivered virtually and scalable globally, our programs have been proven to significantly improve individual performance and team contribution, as well as directly increase belonging and engagement.
reacHIRE's Return to Work programs help organizations leverage an experienced, untapped talent pool that most companies overlook--mid-career professionals who have taken a career break and are ready to return to work. reacHIRE has deep expertise in vetting candidates, hiring them into roles, and supporting them in reentry; the company has helped corporations successfully hire and onboard thousands of returners.
