About the Role 

We are seeking a highly connected, relationship-focused Director of Strategic Growth to open doors and create opportunities with enterprise organizations. The ideal candidate will bring an established network of senior leaders in HR, Talent Management, and/or Learning & Development, and use those relationships to facilitate strategic introductions, foster partnerships, and support business development initiatives to grow reacHIRE’s account base.

This role is highly consultative, combining high-touch engagement with enterprise leaders, market insight, and the ability to identify talent pipeline gaps that reacHIRE’s solutions can solve. The primary focus of this role is to open new accounts for both our Talent Development and Return to Work programs.  

This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in connecting top organizations with innovative talent solutions that drive healthier, more robust leadership pipelines globally. As Director of Strategic Growth, you’ll bring your network, insight, and relationship expertise to a mission-driven company helping enterprises unlock workforce potential.

Please note:  For this role, you must be able to work primarily in EST hours. 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate introductions and cultivate relationships that advance business development and strategic initiatives
  • Leverage your existing network of HR, Talent, and/or Learning & Development leaders to identify and create new partnership opportunities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR leaders, bringing insight on talent trends and workforce challenges
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure follow-through on opportunities, proposals, and client engagements
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to strengthen brand visibility
  • Track interactions, opportunities, and progress using Hubspot
  • Collaborate with internal teams as needed to support pipeline growth and strategic

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience building and leveraging relationships in HR, Talent, or Learning & Development functions
  • Established network of senior HR/Talent leaders that can be leveraged immediately in the role
  • Experience facilitating introductions, partnerships, or consultative client engagements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to identify a prospect’s pain points and develop customized solutions to address those issues
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to support broader business development goals
