As the Senior Manager of Business Development, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives across industries, helping them navigate the evolving talent landscape. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, cultivating high-value relationships, and positioning our offerings as strategic solutions to today’s most pressing workforce challenges.

Please note:  For this role, you must be able to work primarily in EST hours.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy that drives revenue growth and deepens client engagement at the enterprise level
  • Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with senior leaders in the Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and HR space
  • Partner closely with internal teams (program design, delivery, and client success) to ensure solutions are tailored, scalable, and deliver strong ROI
  • Drive strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance solution offerings and market reach
  • Track all pipeline activity within Hubspot

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or client partnership roles, with significant experience selling talent solutions, leadership development, or workforce transformation programs
  • Established network and credibility with VP and C-Suite leaders, particularly in HR, Talent, and Learning & Development functions
  • Proven ability to shape and close complex solutions that deliver long-term client value
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication, consultative selling, and influencing skills
  • Ability to identify a prospect’s pain points and develop customized solutions to address those issues
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect organizational talent needs to measurable business outcomes
